Moroccan Meat Cigars
Spiced ground beef is rolled up in phyllo sheets and baked to make these savory Moroccan pastries. Serve with hummus on the side for a great party appetizer!
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a baking sheet very lightly.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Drain the fat from the skillet after browning the ground beef until it no longer has a pink hue.
Add tomatoes, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, and allspice.
Simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat, until mixture slightly reduces.
