Lori’s Famous Crab Cakes
Peppers, green onions, parsley, and plenty of seasonings make these crab cakes a memorable mealtime hit!
Mix dry bread crumbs, red and green bell peppers, green onions, parsley, and green bell peppers in a bowl.
Egg white, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard should all be combined.
Old Bay seasoning, dry mustard, and onion powder are used to season.
Add crabmeat and combine.
6 large cakes should be formed.
Cover with any leftover bread crumbs.
In a sizable, heavy skillet, heat the oil.
Cakes should be fried for 5 minutes on each side or until evenly browned.
Dry off with paper towels.
