Broccoli florets should be removed and saved for later use.
Cut the stems’ woody ends off.
Use a vegetable peeler to remove large knots from the stems to make them as uniform as possible.
Use the smallest spiralizer blade to cut the food into noodles.
In a big skillet, heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Salt and pepper the broccoli noodles and toss for three minutes.
Heat has been removed; set aside.
In a different skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and garlic over medium heat.
For one minute, cook.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until opaque.
Place the shrimp in a bowl.
