Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Cooking spray should be used to grease a 9-inch springform pan, and parchment paper should line the bottom.

In the bowl of a food processor, combine almond flour, buttersweetener, and vanilla extract.

Pulse the crust mixture until it resembles pea-sized crumbs that are able to hold themselves together when squeezed.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared springform pan and press it to form an even crust covering the pan’s bottom.

About 10 minutes into baking the crust in the preheated oven, the edges should begin to crisp.

Take out of the oven, then let cool.

Lower the oven’s heat setting to 325 degrees F.
