Keto Diet Avocado Egg Bake
A delicious breakfast with avocado and egg for 1 that is ready in a few minutes works with the keto diet and will keep you full for a few hours.
Set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).
To make room for one egg, remove a portion of the avocado from the area where the pit once was.
Place each avocado half on a baking sheet, and then top with 1 fried egg.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven to fully cook the egg.
Salt and pepper the surface and top with Cheddar cheese.
