Instant Pot Tuscan Chicken
This Italian pasta dish is ready in just 45 minutes. It’s made with chicken tenders, penne, and a creamy Parmesan and cream cheese sauce loaded with spinach, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Chicken tenders should be seasoned on both sides with a mixture of paprika, salt, and pepper.
Select the Saute function on a multipurpose pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot®).

To the Instant Pot®, add butter.
After adding the onion and garlic, stir for one to two minutes.
Pour in chicken broth while using a wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.
Add the half-and-half pasta, salt, and pepper, along with the Italian seasoning.
Re-add the chicken tenders to the pot, then secure the lid.
Select High pressure as directed by the manufacturer; a 5-minute timer should be used.
