Instant Pot Pan Juice Gravy
After being cooked in the Instant Pot®, natural liquid from chicken, pork, beef, or turkey is used to make this gravy.
Select the Saute function on a multipurpose pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot®).
To make a slurry, stir together the water and cornstarch in the pot.
Add pan juices and stir continuously for 3 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in the garlic salt after adding it.
