Instant Pot Old Bay Corn on the Cob

Instant Pot Old Bay Corn on the Cob

Instant Pot Old Bay Corn on the Cob
Corn on the cob cooked in the Instant Pot® comes out buttery, crisp, and naturally sweet. You can easily get the flavor of a low country boil by adding Old Bay seasoning.

One cup of water and one teaspoon of seafood seasoning should be combined in the inner pot of a multipurpose pressure cooker (like the Instant Pot®).

Put a trivet with a steamer rack in the pot’s base.

Sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the corn as you place it on top of the trivet, overlapping or stacking it if necessary.

Lock the lid by closing it.

According to the manufacturer’s recommendations, choose high pressure; set the timer for 2 minutes.

Give the pressure seven to ten minutes to build.

Utilizing the quick-release technique with caution, release the pressure for 5 minutes as directed by the manufacturer.

Lock released, lid removed.

Drain, then plate.
