Impossible Stuffed Zucchini
For this delectable vegetarian recipe, Impossible Burger is combined with flavorful Italian ingredients and stuffed into hollowed-out zucchini.

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

The zucchini should have their ends clipped before being split lengthwise.

With a small spoon, remove the seedy flesh from the zucchini, leaving about 1/2 inch of flesh on the bottom and sides.

Throw away the removed flesh.

The zucchini should be put in a 10×15-inch pan.

Combine tomato bread crumbs and meatless ground beef.

In a medium bowl, combine the pecorino-romano cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, and pepper.

Mix thoroughly with clean hands or gloves on.

Fill the hollowed-out zucchini with the mixture until it has been used up completely.

Shredded mozzarella should be added to the tops.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the zucchini are tender.
