Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich
A hot and spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich is made with leftover rotisserie chicken and crispy bacon.
Set the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
In a big, deep skillet over medium-high heat, add the bacon; cook, stirring occasionally, until evenly browned.
On a plate covered with paper towels, drain the bacon slices.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce.
The mayonnaise mixture should be spread on both halves of the bread.
Lay the chicken on the bottom half of the bread, then cover it with the bacon and cheese.
Wrap the bread in foil after folding the top half over the bottom.
For 20 to 25 minutes, bake.
If preferred, place a layer of red pepper slices on top of the bacon and cheese.
Slice the meat and serve.
