Make your favorite Girl Scout cookies at home with this recipe for Samoas – the chocolate, caramel, coconut, and shortbread cookie that everyone loves!

In a bowl, combine the butter, white sugar, and salt.

Stir in the 2 cups of flour.

Mixture of butter and one cup of flour should be beaten until a sticky dough forms.

In a bowl, stir the milk, vanilla extract, and egg together.

Combine dough with the remaining flour and egg mixture.

Refrigerate the bowl for 30 minutes while it is wrapped in plastic.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Use parchment paper to cover a baking sheet.

Slice off a small amount of dough, then roll it into a round that is 1/4 inch thick on a lightly dusted work surface.

Place the circle on the prepared baking sheet.

With the remaining dough, repeat.
