Homemade Pita Chips
These pita chips are brushed with olive oil and herbs before they’re baked for a lovely crunchy snap that you can’t get from a store-bought bag.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Put parchment paper on two baking sheets with rims.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, salt, chervil, basil, and pepper.
Make 8 triangles out of each pita using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
On each of the prepared baking sheets, arrange a few pita triangles in a single layer and brush with the oil mixture.
The remaining triangles won’t all fit, so put them aside.
Bake on two racks of the preheated oven for about seven minutes, switching racks halfway through.
