Hearty Garlic Slaw
Hearty slaw made with plenty of garlic, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs gets extra crunch from sunflower seeds and is a crowd-pleaser!
In a bowl, combine eggs, avocado, olive oil, garlic, and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Stir until sauce is smooth.
Greek yogurt and cabbage should be added to the sauce and combined thoroughly.
Combine broccoli and onion sunflower seeds with the cabbage mixture, coating everything evenly.
Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the slaw.
Refrigerate bowl for at least 30 minutes while it is covered in plastic wrap.
