Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter
Delicious! My husband adores this recipe to the hilt. Lime juice is used to season fish simply, and it is then served with a cilantro, lime, and garlic sauce. For a complete meal, serve over a bed of greens with a nice loaf of bread.
Heat a grill to a high temperature.
Add salt and pepper to the fish fillets after squeezing the lime wedges’ juice over them.
Fish fillets should be grilled for 5 minutes on each side, or until they are brown and easily flaked with a fork.

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the oil.
Add the garlic and stir briefly for 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the remaining lime juice and cilantro to the butter.
Serve the fish with the buttery cilantro sauce.
