Grilled Cassava Flour Pizza Crust
Try this foolproof gluten-free and paleo homemade pizza crust, made with cassava flour and arrowroot, that’s grilled to perfection.
Lightly grease the grill grate and preheat the grill to medium heat.
Yeast, water, and coconut sugar should all be thoroughly combined in a measuring cup.
Allow to stand for about 5 minutes or until yeast softens and starts to form a creamy foam.
Stir well after adding the salt and Italian seasoning.
In a bowl, mix gelatin, arrowroot powder, and cassava flour.
Pour in the yeast mixture and combine thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Until a dough forms, add 1 tablespoon at a time of additional cassava flour as necessary.
