Grilled BBQ Chicken Breasts
These grilled chicken breasts are given a kick-up dinner that your family will enjoy thanks to a zesty, seasoned BBQ marinade.
Avocado oil, barbecue sauce, vinegar, garlic onion powder, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper should all be combined and thoroughly mixed.
Pour 2/3 of the marinade mixture over the chicken breasts in a bowl or zip-top bag, making sure to coat every piece.
Keep the extra marinade to brush on the chicken as it grills.
For best results, marinate the chicken for six to twenty four hours.
Set an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a quick oiling.
Cook the chicken over a preheated grill for about 15 minutes, turning it halfway through, and basting with the reserved marinade.
In the center, an instant-read thermometer should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees C)
