Golden Coconut Almond Muffins
These delicious muffins are flavored with coconut and almonds.
Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Grease a 12-cup muffin pan sparingly.
Mix the flour, sugar, shredded coconut, almonds, baking powder, orange zest, baking soda, and salt in a big bowl.
Mix the coconut milk, orange juice, olive oil, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
