Ghana Demerara Brownies
Everyone adores these delectable demerara brownies made with 80% cacao chocolate because they’re quick and simple to make.
Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish very lightly.
Add some cocoa powder to the serving dish.
In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the butter and chocolate for about five minutes, stirring frequently and scraping the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, brown sugar, and demerara sugar and whisk until well combined.
Mix the chocolate mixture and the egg mixture completely.
Pour the chocolate-egg mixture into the prepared baking dish after thoroughly incorporating the flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
