Garlicky Baked Brie
A Brie cheese wheel is filled with plenty of garlic and red pepper jelly creating a sweet and savory appetizer sure to please every crowd.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Brie cheese is cut into two thinner wheels by halving it lengthwise.
On the cut surface of one half, spread crushed garlic.
Then, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of red pepper jelly on top of the garlic layer.
Put the other half of the Brie cheese on top of the filling.
Brie cheese should be topped with the final 1 tablespoon of red pepper jelly before being placed in a circular casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the rind starts to soften.
