Garlic Shrimp Linguine
This shrimp linguine dish is a deceptively simple saut of butter, garlic, wine, Parmesan cheese, and shrimp served over hot linguine with parsley.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
It takes about 11 minutes to cook linguine at a boil until it is soft to the bite.
Drain.
In a medium saucepan set over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
Add wine and garlic.
Parsley and parmesan cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes while stirring frequently over low heat.
Turn up the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the pan.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the shrimp start to turn pink.
Avoid overcooking.
