Flannery’s Bacon Avocado Burritos
Make these filling bacon and avocado burritos when you’re on the go!
1 1/2 teaspoons of butter should be melted in a skillet on medium heat.
In hot butter, cook potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes while stirring frequently.
In a bowl, place the potatoes.
Over medium-high heat, melt the remaining butter in the same skillet.
Cook onion in hot butter for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it becomes soft and translucent.
Place the onion in a bowl.
In a bowl, whisk the salt, pepper, and eggs together.
Heat the skillet to medium-low.
In a hot skillet, cook and stir eggs until they are set, 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.
