Eggnog and Cranberry Salad
This is a perfect recipe for the holidays. It gives a delicious and beautiful combination of holiday favorites – cranberries and eggnog.
In a saucepan, mix 2 cups water, lemon gelatin, and vanilla pudding mix.
Stirring continuously, bring to a boil.
Add lemon juice and stir.
until partially set, chill.
Boil 1 cup of water, then dissolve raspberry gelatin in it.
Cranberry sauce and pecans are combined.
until partially set, chill.
Follow the instructions on the package to make the whipped topping.
Mix in the nutmeg.
Mixture of vanilla pudding and whipped topping should be combined.
Pour contents into a 9 x 13 glass dish.
Firm up by cooling.
Over the pudding mixture, pour the cranberry mixture.
Prior to serving to grateful family and friends, chill for six hours.
