Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies
I am allergic to eggs and I’ve been using this recipe for over 40 years.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Grease cookie sheets very lightly.
Shortening, peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and buttermilk should all be thoroughly combined and blended until smooth.
The flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt are added to the peanut butter mixture and are thoroughly combined.
On a cookie sheet that has been lightly greased, drop cookies 2 inches apart.
With a fork that has been floured, flatten.
For 10 to 12 minutes, bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
