Easy Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
These simple protein cookies make a nutritious on-the-go snack or breakfast that your kids will love. Peanut butter, applesauce, and bananas give them a sweet flavor that makes them full of sweetness.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Applesauce, peanut butter, and vanilla extract are added to mashed bananas in a bowl.
Combine and blend thoroughly by mashing.
Add protein powder, walnuts, and oats.
Mix just until the cookie dough combines.
For eight to ten minutes, let sit.
Scoop the dough with a tablespoon into 15 equal-sized balls, space them 2 inches apart on baking sheets without cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool off, let the baking sheet cool for one minute.
