This straightforward recipe for lemon cheesecake bars bakes a sweet mixture of lemon pie filling and cream cheese between sheets of crescent roll dough.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A 9×13-inch baking dish should be lined with parchment paper.
Both crescent dough pieces should be unrolled.
One piece should be placed on the pan’s base.
Set aside the second piece.
Cream cheese and 1/2 cup white sugar should be combined in a bowl and smoothed out using an electric mixer.
Add vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and lemon pie filling.
The second piece of dough should be placed on top of the crescent dough in the baking pan.
The remaining white sugar should be sprinkled on top of the melted butter.
