Easy Baked Chicken Wings

Pour the egg mixture and flour into a shallow dish or bowl.
In a sizable deep skillet over medium-high heat, melt the margarine and oil together.
After coating the wings in flour and egg, fry them until crisp and browned.
In an 11×14-inch baking dish, arrange the browned wings.
To make sauce, mix the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, and MSG in a small bowl.
Blend thoroughly, then pour over chicken.
