Easy Bacon Fried Rice
This tasty side dish is a clever way to use up leftover cooked rice and features bacon, egg, green beans, and fried rice.

In a large, deep skillet, add the bacon.

Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-high heat for about 7 minutes, or until the bacon is just starting to brown.

Remove all of the bacon grease from the skillet aside from 1 to 2 teaspoons.

Including the green beans, onion, and garlic Sauté for about 3 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and green beans and onions are soft.

Place the bacon mixture to one side of the skillet and heat the sesame oil for about 30 seconds on the other.

Add the egg and cook for about a minute, or until just set.

To combine, stir in the bacon mixture.

Add the rice and combine.

Add soy sauce and mix well to coat the rice.

Cook rice for 3 to 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
