Creamy Coleslaw with Fennel
This coleslaw recipe gets a new flavor boost from fresh fennel.
In a big bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrot, fennel, and parsley.
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper; drizzle over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate the bowl for about 30 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.
