Crab and Jack Pretzel
A crab lover’s dream, jumbo soft pretzels topped with hot crab and cheese are a favorite on the East Coast.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a big bowl, combine horseradish, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and beat until smooth.
Add hot pepper sauce, hot onion sauce, and lemon juice.
Crabmeat should be gently incorporated after adding white pepper to taste.
After evenly distributing the mixture over the pretzels, top each with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Place the pretzels in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the topping is bubbling.
