Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread
Delicioso! Made with a regular oven and a breadmaker, but also usable without one. similar to a huge cinnamon bun.

In the bread machine’s pan, add the following ingredients in the manufacturer’s recommended order: water, milk, shortening, salt, flour, sugar, and yeast.

Choose cycle, then click Start.

Add the raisins at the signal or about five minutes before the kneading cycle is complete if your machine has a Fruit setting.

After the first rising cycle, take the dough out of the machine.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle after turning it out onto a lightly dusted surface.

Spread cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter on the dough.

Divide the rolled dough into two pieces.

Put the loaves in two 9×5-inch pans that have been lightly greased.

For about an hour, cover and allow to rise in a warm location until it has doubled in size.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C)
