Cielo’s Spring Salmon
One of my favorite recipes is this one. Oyster sauce and salad dressing are combined to make a straightforward coating for baked salmon. I always prepare it for gatherings and serve it with potato nuggets. It is flavorful and extremely easy to make.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl mix together the oyster sauce and salad dressing.
Coat salmon fillets with the sauce on both sides and place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
