This decadent chocolate croissant bread pudding is a winner if you love bread pudding and love chocolate croissants. Delicious served warm or cooled!

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Cooking spray should be used on muffin tins or brownie pans.

In a bowl, combine the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Add the interior of each vanilla bean half to the milk mixture by scraping it out.

When the milk mixture is smooth and pale yellow in color, stir it.

Allow croissant pieces to soak for at least 10 minutes after carefully stirring them into the milk mixture until they are all moist.

Combine croissant ingredients with chocolate chips.

Place croissant mixture into the pan or muffin cups that have been prepared.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven, or until bubbling and golden brown.

Pudding should be transferred to a plate and dusted with confectioners’ sugar after cooling for 30 to 1 hour.
