Bubba’s Jambalaya
Easy Southern classic, with chicken, sausage, ham, and shrimp.
A big pot should be heated on medium-high.
Cook the bacon until crisp after adding.
With a slotted spoon, remove the bacon pieces and set them aside.
To the bacon drippings, add celery, bell pepper, and onion, and cook until soft.
Pour the tomatoes, beef broth, and chicken broth into the pot along with the ham, chicken, and sausage.
Thyme and Cajun seasoning are used to season.
Rice is added after bringing to a boil.
When the rice is tender, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
