Bread Pudding Made with Cinnamon Rolls
Transform leftover cinnamon rolls into the ultimate cinnamon roll casserole made with vanilla pudding mix, milk, raisins, and pecans.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a 3-quart casserole dish, grease it.
In a big bowl, combine pumpkin pie spice, almond extract, and evaporated milk pudding mix.
Mix in the raisins and pecans from the cinnamon roll mixture thoroughly.
Observe for five minutes.
Add butter and the cinnamon roll mixture to a casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Prior to serving, allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
