Bourbon-Glazed Ham

Bourbon-Glazed Ham

Bourbon-Glazed Ham
This is a delicious combo of about five recipes I found while researching for my first Thanksgiving ham. The empty baking pan afterwards was my best compliment!

About a half-inch deep diamond shapes are made on the ham’s surface.

Put the ham in a sizable bag that can be sealed.

Garlic, crushed pineapple, honey, and bourbon should also be added to the bag.

Marinate for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator, turning the bag over frequently.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Place the ham in a sizable baking dish with the marinade; add the water.

With toothpicks, secure the pineapple rings to the ham’s exterior.

Bake in a preheated oven for 90 to 105 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan sauce until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (95 degrees C).
