Blueberry Torte
This blueberry torte includes graham cracker crust, cream cheese custard, and blueberry pie filling for a quick and easy cheesecake-like dessert.
In a bowl, combine graham crackers, butter, and white sugar; press mixture into bottom of 9×13-inch baking dish.
about 1 hour to chill crust until firm.
Confectioners’ sugar and cream cheese should be combined and beaten for two to three minutes, or until light and fluffy.
Whip the topping in.
On top of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle the blueberry pie filling.
4 hours of firm chilling or overnight
