Beth’s Blueberry Bread Pudding
For special occasions, bake blueberry bread pudding with a homemade golden sauce for a decadent dessert.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine 3 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup sugar; cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes, or until butter is melted.

Stir cream into the butter mixture, then boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the golden sauce has slightly thickened.

Put golden sauce in a bowl, then wrap it up in plastic.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Using an electric mixer, combine 3/4 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons softened butter in a bowl and blend until creamy.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until fluffy.

Pour milk into butter-egg mixture slowly while stirring to ensure even distribution.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C)
