Banana Split Pancakes
The traditional banana split sundae is transformed into a brunch-worthy dish when it is topped with banana chocolate chip pancakes, whipped cream, and strawberries.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Use a fork to mash bananas in a big bowl.
Blend in the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
Once the batter is blended but still a little lumpy, stir in the banana mixture and chocolate chips.
Over medium heat, warm a lightly oiled griddle.
Drop 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until bubbles appear and the edges are dry.
2 to 3 minutes after flipping, cook the other side until browned.
Use the remaining batter to repeat.
Put strawberries and whipped cream on top of the pancakes.
