Balsamic Ravioli
With a quick and simple ravioli recipe made with balsamic vinegar, butter, toasted walnuts, and Parmesan cheese, you can elevate your weeknight dinner to a whole new level.
In a skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and browned.
Take out of skillet.
Once the water in a pot has reached a rolling boil and been lightly salted, add the ravioli and bring the water back to a boil.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes with the lid off, stirring occasionally, until the ravioli float to the top and the filling is hot.
Drain.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until just beginning to turn brown, about 1 minute.
Balsamic vinegar can be added; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted and combined.
Add the ravioli and mix thoroughly.
Add walnuts and Parmesan cheese on top.
