Bake Sale Lemon Bars
They are incredibly simple to make and taste absolutely amazing.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Butter, 2/3 cup confectioners’ sugar, and flour should be combined.
In the pan that has been prepared, pat the dough.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is just beginning to turn golden.
Whisk the eggs, white sugar, flour, and lemon juice until frothy while the crust bakes.
Over the hot crust, pour this lemon mixture.
Once more, bake the dish in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is light golden brown.
