Baileys Chocolate Chip Cookies
Baileys® is used to make these boozy chocolate chip cookies; if you’d like to experiment, you can also use mint extract and 4 drops of green food coloring.
Salt, baking soda, and flour are combined in a bowl; set aside.
Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat.
Irish cream liqueur is added after the pan has been taken off the heat.
Pour cooled butter, Irish cream liqueur, and white and brown sugar into a sizable bowl.
For roughly one minute, beat with a hand mixer.
Following thorough mixing, add the egg and vanilla paste.
Dry ingredients should be added slowly, about 1 cup at a time, with the mixer on low, until just combined.
Dough should be chilled for an hour before adding the chocolate chips.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Apply cooking spray to two baking sheets.
