Bacon-Mushroom Turkey Burger
For moist and flavorful burgers, combine mushrooms with ground turkey patties along with bacon bits, whole grain bread crumbs, and green onions.

In a food processor, pulverize the bread, then transfer the crumbs to a bowl.

Incorporate the turkey, mushrooms, egg, green onions, bacon, hot sauce, garlic, and salt.

Mix thoroughly, then divide into 4 servings.

Create patties out of each portion.

Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat the grill to medium heat.

Cook patties until the center is no longer pink.
