Apple-Cranberry Tart
This lovely tart is flavored with lemon, cinnamon, and dried cranberries and is made with apples that are simply cut into thin half-slices using a spiralizer.

Cranberries should be put in a small bowl.

Add boiling water on top.

Allow to soak for about 15 minutes until plump.

Drain.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Use cooking spray to lightly grease a baking sheet.

Make sure not to cut through to the apple’s core as you make a deep vertical slice into each apple’s two sides.

Slice one apple into thin half-slices using a spiralizer equipped with a straight, flat blade.

Continue with the second apple.

Cranberries, apple slices, lemon juice, and vanilla extract should all be combined in a bowl and coated.

In a bowl, combine salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and white sugar.

On a floured surface, roll out pie crust into a 10-inch circle.

Place on the baking sheet.
