Apple Core and Peel Jelly
Just simmer leftover apple peels and cores in a potful of water and you’re on your way to canning some delicious apple jelly.

Put water peels and cores in a big pot.

Cook for 25 minutes after bringing to a simmer.

Pour the liquid through a cheesecloth over a second, bigger pot.

7 cups of liquid worth of apple juice should be added.

Bring to a rapid boil after adding the pectin.

Boiling will continue after adding sugar for 1 minute.

After cooling the jelly mixture, color it with food coloring.
