Anne’s Amazing Roasted Green Beans
Green beans are coated in olive oil, roasted, and topped with lemon juice for this easy, company-worthy side dish.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, toss the beans with the olive oil until well coated.
Spread the beans out in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet with a rim.
Add a small amount of salt and pepper.
For about 20 minutes or until the beans appear shriveled and browned, roast in the preheated oven.
Take the beans out of the oven, pile them up, and drizzle lemon juice on top.
Mix and serve.
