Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
In just 15 minutes, these roasted potatoes made in an air fryer will be golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Dry and wash the potatoes.
To create a flat surface on both ends, trim the edges.
In a big bowl, mix salad dressing mix and extra virgin olive oil.
Add the potatoes and stir until evenly coated.
Put everything into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Whenever necessary, cook in batches.
Fry potatoes in the air for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
Air fry potatoes for an additional two to three minutes after flipping.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
